Troubleshoot and fix support automation errors

AI diagnoses errors in generated action flows and suggests fixes, helping support teams resolve workflow issues faster when automations fail or need adjustment.

Why the human is still essential here

Admins remain responsible for validating the diagnosis, applying the right fix, and ensuring the automation behaves correctly in production.

How people use this

Broken connector step diagnosis

AI reviews a failed action flow and identifies that a Slack or CRM connector is missing authentication, permissions, or required field mappings.

Zendesk Admin Copilot

Branch logic debugging

When tickets are landing in the wrong queue, AI inspects the flow conditions and highlights faulty priority, language, or escalation branches to correct.

Zendesk Admin Copilot

Test-run error explanation

AI interprets action-flow test failures such as null variables, malformed payloads, or timeout errors and recommends the specific configuration changes to make.

Announcing the EAP for AI-powered action flow creation through admin copilot

Zendesk is excited to announce the early access program (EAP) for AI-powered action flow creation with admin copilot. This feature lets admins generate complete, production-ready action flows using plain-language prompts in admin copilot. No coding or deep technical expertise required.

Admin copilot can now generate entire action flows from a natural-language description. Simply describe what you want to automate, and the AI builds the flow, including triggers, first-party Zendesk actions, third-party connector steps, custom actions, and custom code steps, directly in the action builder. You can then review, edit, test, and activate the flow without writing a single line of code.
