You set working hours, coverage, voice and when it hands off to a human. For repetitive service calls that could be a real shift. Targeted Pages lets Breeze build personalised landing pages for specific companies or contacts from one template. For 1:1 ABM, prospect follow-up and expansion, it removes most of the effort that stopped people doing it. ChatGPT Ads can now be created and tracked in HubSpot, with lead capture, workflows and attribution alongside your other paid channels. Breeze Assistant and Agent Hub now connect to Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail and Chat, so agents can read context and act across Workspace from inside HubSpot. From a RevOps seat, all four run on your CRM data, and most run on credits. Targeted Pages is only as good as the records behind it. A voice agent hands off using the same routing and ownership rules your reps already work around. And voice may add telephony costs on top of credits. Before switching any of them on, three checks worth doing: 1. Name one person who owns the credit budget, before three teams find it at once. 2. Spot-check the company and contact records you'd use for Targeted Pages. 3. Write down your handoff and routing rules before a voice agent starts following them.
