Drafting a client agreement in under 3 minutes with Claude

AI is coming for everybody's job. And lawyers? They're not left out either.

Last Friday, I needed an agreement document sent to a client urgently. My lawyer friend wasn't available.

So I did something that would have felt impossible two years ago.

I opened Claude, described exactly what I needed: scope of work, payment terms, revision policy, client details, and in less than 3 minutes I had a clean, professional agreement document ready to send.

My client signed it the same day.

Now before you come for me in the comments, I'm not saying replace your lawyer.

For complex legal matters, litigation, and serious business deals, you absolutely need a human being who went to law school.

But here's the uncomfortable truth most professionals don't want to say out loud:

Any task that can be broken down into clear instructions is a task AI can handle. Drafting. Summarizing. Structuring. Responding.

AI is doing all of it. Faster & Cheaper.

At 2 am, when nobody is available.

The legal industry is not special. Neither is design. Neither is marketing. Neither is yours.

The professionals who will thrive in the next 5 years are not the ones who are most talented.

They are the ones who learn how to work alongside AI before AI makes their hesitation irrelevant.
