What AI is your team actually using?
What AI is your team actually using? And what safeguards do you have in place? I've been asking this in almost every client meeting this past month...
Most agency owners don't have a clear answer.
They know some people are using Copilot. They think a few are on Claude or Gemini. Some are using GPT for bits and pieces.
While testing AI is important, doing it live inside your business with no guardrails is a real risk.
Here's an example of what I'm seeing - A consultant using a free GPT account to write candidate profiles. Pasting in CVs, interview notes, the lot. That data is being used to train the model. It's not covered by your business privacy settings. You didn't approve it. You probably don't even know it's happening.
Getting your team using AI properly, with the right tools and clear boundaries is fundamental.
We built our Claude for Recruiters course in our Recruitment Playbook platform for exactly this.
- How to set it up safely.
- How to get consistency across your team.
- How to stop the wild west and actually get value from it.
I've popped a link in comments for anyone that is interested in taking a look. Worth a look if you want your team doing AI properly. (Especially seen as it's half price until the 31st August).
Reach out to Janette Iglesia to book in a chat if you wanted to delve into the course or the platform ;)
