Human-in-the-loop editing to de-AI and add POV

Use AI for structure and first drafts, then perform a fast human review pass to remove press-release language (e.g., “leverage,” “cutting-edge,” “landscape”), inject specific details, and ensure the post contains a real point of view.

Why the human is still essential here

Only the human can supply credible firsthand detail, judgment, and accountable opinions. Final editing and approval remain with the creator to protect authenticity and brand trust.

How people use this

De-AI rewrite pass focused on specificity

Ask AI to replace generic claims with concrete details (numbers, customer scenarios, tradeoffs) and then do a quick human polish for authenticity.

Claude / ChatGPT

Tone and clarity cleanup before publishing

Run the near-final draft through a writing assistant to flag jargon, passive voice, and awkward phrasing, then approve changes manually.

Grammarly

Lightweight fact-check and citation check

Verify stats, claims, and definitions referenced in the draft, then update the post with accurate numbers and clear caveats where needed.

How I actually use AI for my B2B content marketing.

I’ve been running a B2B SaaS company and content marketing is my biggest inbound channel—but it used to take a lot of time. I tried generic ChatGPT prompts, Jasper/Copy.ai templates, and even a freelancer + AI, but everything sounded bland and “AI-written.” What finally worked was building a “voice profile” from 15–20 real writing samples (emails, Slack messages, podcast transcripts, past LinkedIn posts) and using that as context so AI could draft content in my actual voice. My workflow now is: record short voice notes → AI drafts 3–5 posts per note → I quickly review/edit/reject → schedule posts and respond to comments. This increased my posting volume from 2–3/month to 15–20/month while cutting time spent from ~8–10 hours/month to ~2–3 hours/month, and improved average impressions and inbound DMs.
