Running scheduled legal agent automations with admin visibility

AI enables firms to create agents and scheduled automations from a dedicated workspace, while administrators monitor each agent's purpose, data access, and execution history.

Why the human is still essential here

Admins and legal leaders must configure permissions, monitor agent behavior, and audit automations. People remain responsible for compliance, security, and deciding when automation is appropriate.

How people use this

Weekly case law monitoring

A scheduled agent checks for new authorities affecting active matters and posts summarized updates for the responsible legal team.

Today we announced Harvey II.

Today we announced Harvey II.

Legal work carries history with it, and Harvey's agents now start with that history. They inherit the full context of the matter or project, your team's knowledge, and a memory of how you work.

What’s new.

Persistent memory. Harvey learns how the firm and each lawyer work and writes in their voice everywhere the work happens (the Harvey app, Word, Outlook).

Project centric. Harvey restructures the product around the matter / project as its core object - every thread, document, agent, permission lives inside a matter / project.

Smarter agents. Lawyers say what they need and Harvey figures out the rest (which files, sources, and agents to use), so no one attaches documents or routes tasks by hand, and agents carry the work across the matter on their own.

A dedicated agents tab. A single screen, separate from matters, where you create agents and set up automations that run on a schedule. Admins use this tab to see every agent in the firm: what it exists to do, what data it can access, and what it has run.

New look and feel. Every surface of Harvey has been refreshed with a more polished look that improves clarity, consistency, and overall feel.

We built Harvey II closely alongside our customers. I'm grateful to every firm and legal team that helped shape the product, and to the Harvey team that brought it to life.
