AI-assisted-launch-brief-review-and-launch-learning

Uses an AI agent that knows the audience, product, prior launches, and preferred technical depth to review launch briefs and surface lessons from what worked and what did not across past launches.

Why the human is still essential here

The marketer sets launch goals, positioning, and quality standards, then decides which recommendations to use. AI provides pattern recognition and recall, while launch strategy remains a human responsibility.

How people use this

Launch brief gap check

AI reviews a draft launch brief and points out missing audience context, weak positioning, or unclear proof points before cross-functional review.

Past launch comparison

AI compares a new launch plan with earlier launches to surface reused angles, missed tactics, and patterns tied to stronger outcomes.

Technical-depth calibration

AI checks whether the brief matches the target audience's level of sophistication and suggests where the messaging should go deeper or stay simpler.

How do I use AI?

How do I use AI?

I use AI every day and the biggest impact is really how much I can do myself. But even as I was writing this, I was wondering 'is this basic??' Then I asked my AI how I use AI, and it said 'You're an advanced AI user' so now trying to remind myself I live in a bubble.

How would y'all answer this? Some daily examples below:

--> there’s an editing skill my team named β€œTalia pass,” which reviews writing and makes edits it thinks I would make. TY Rohan Ranjan for immortalizing me.

--> data analysis: agents connected to BigQuery, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, sales calls, and website data. I can ask questions about what’s happening in the product or funnel without learning SQL or pulling in a data engineer for every query.

--> improving a narrative by gathering insights from support, customer conversations, social platforms, etc.

--> I have a veryyyy particular voice / tone guide for reviewing my own work. I’ve recently paused writing from scratch with AI (worried I’m losing critical thinking skills!!!), so I draft first and then pass it to my agent for review. I especially use it to check that I’m tying back to a thesis, backing up my points with sources, and keeping writing crisp.

--> launch brief reviews. My agent knows our audience, product, previous launches, and the technical depth I like to go for. Fernanda Chouza took this massively further and created a skill that looks across ALL our launches, so I can get pointers from what’s worked and what hasn’t across the team.

--> sourcing cool engineering stories! We have a bot that identifies interesting engineering work and posts the source alongside potential story angles.

--> generating my to-do lists and automating follow-ups for simpler tasks.

--> using bots to submit creative requests.

--> uploading blogs, making website changes, and submitting PRs.

--> creating an β€œRSS” feed that updates me on specific topics.

--> generally prototyping anything using Lovable.

Btw my agent’s name is meatbol πŸ₯Ά
