Here's one: Often, a single champion owns most demos. Everyone else defaults to them.
That's a problem if you want to make your product sticky.
To empower more people to make demos, we need to make it less intimidating to make a GOOD demo.
Joseph Lee tackled this by making an AI Demo Audit tool.
We have a ton of tips (even an academy) on making effective product demos, but an SDR or CSM making their first demo likely won't want to read through all our documentation.
Instead, it'd be way easier to have someone peering over your shoulder and giving you feedback.
That's what our AI Demo Audit tool now does.
Now, anyone can make a demo, share it with the AI auditer, and get specific tips on what to fix.
RouteHub, coming soon, is the other half.
Instead of someone deciding which demo to send, potential customers can talk to an AI chat and then get routed to the right demos automatically.
The right demo finds the right buyer without a human in the middle.
So we're pushing for "Demos as infrastructure."
If you haven't made an interactive demo yet, I guarantee there's a use case (website conversions, sales follow-up, etc). Shoot me a DM and we'll make one together 🤌
