One feature caught my attention: a workflow can now call a Breeze AI agent in the middle of an automation, pass CRM data into it, and send the result back to a record or the next workflow step.
This is where AI starts to make sense operationally.
To me, the practical value is having AI inside a process with one clear job. It can examine the available information, make a recommendation, and hand the result back to the workflow.
The important part is defining the boundaries before turning it on.
The agent needs a clear data scope and a limit on the decisions it can make. The workflow also needs a specific point where a person reviews the result.
When those boundaries are unclear, the automation becomes harder to trust. When they are clear, AI can reduce manual work while keeping the team in control.
What part of your CRM workflow could benefit from one focused AI step?
